Q3:What is the difference between i3200 and 4720 printheads?

A3:i3200 print head is original.has been approved by Epson,more stable. 

4720 print head is OEM Used,with decryotion card

Q4:How much thickness of PET film can your machine print?

A4:The thickness can not be too thick,can only support to thickness of 0.5.

Q5:60cm of film can print how much printing, printing close to the edge?

A5:60cm film need to be removed a little bit，Can only be printed to 58-59.

Q6:When I make print files, do I have to save them to the exact size? Or are they adjusted in the software?

A6:The size of the drawing is based on your drawing, and then if it is typesetting, its size will not change. If it has software that changes the size of the typesetting, it can restore the size of its original size picture.
