Q1.What is the difference between i3200 and 4720 printheads?

A1:i3200 print head is original.has been approved by Epson,more stable. 

4720 print head is OEM Used,with decryotion card.

Q2:What operating system do you use, Win 10?

A2:Both win7 and win10 are ok.

Q3:How much of the 60cm film can be printed and how close to the edge can it be printed?

A3:60cm film need to be removed a little bit，Can only be printed to 58-59.

Q4:When I make print files, do I have to save them to the exact size? Or are they adjusted in the software?

A4:The size of the drawing is based on your drawing, and then if it is typesetting, its size will not change. If it has software that changes the size of the typesetting, it can restore the size of its original size picture.
