What's the DTF?

Direct to Film (the meaning of DTF) is a process where you print an artwork on a special film and transfer said film

onto fabric or other textiles utilizing a powder adhesive.

The pattern design is clear and real, and can exceed the actual effect of photos, the actual effect of color can exceed the actual

effect of photos, the color fastness of washing is high, and it is resistant to shrinkage and stretching, and it is commonly used in apparel and heat-resistant fabrics of all kinds. Applicable range: T-shirt, pants, bags, leather, advertising shirt customization,

cultural shirt customization, fashionable children's clothing, fashionable women's clothing and other clothing.

White ink PET film is a kind of plastic material thin film with heat -resistant but not deformation. The principle is to use the chipping level to be used as a printing technology. Out of the layer, it is convenient for the dtf transfer to film to the transfer fabric.

Step of white ink dtf printer technology:

The first step is to print the pattern design on the PET film with an iconic agent. Use the PET film with a pattern to blast the coat of clothes or other fabrics with a high temperature pressure. The printed pattern is performed. This transfer printing method is basically suitable for all clothing and all fabrics. The prerequisite is to deal with different fabrics, and different fabrics must be used. So PET membrane hot paintings only need white inkjet printer to print on a special transfer film.
